UK Orders
All UK orders are sent via tracked first class delivery.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50
- Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
- All UK parcels are fully tracked
International Orders
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Hat & Spicy is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
Returns
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Because many of our pieces are handmade or produced in small runs, natural variations or minor imperfections may occur. These are considered part of the design and are not regarded as faults.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non refundable
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist.
