Hat & Spicy is a UK-based accessories brand creating handmade and upcycled hats, bags, and accessories.
 All products are designed and produced in the UK unless otherwise stated.

 

 

2. Products & Descriptions

  • All Hat & Spicy products are handmade or upcycled, meaning no two pieces are exactly the same.

  • Variations in colour, texture, pile length, shape, or finish are part of the charm, not faults.

  • Product images are for guidance only; exact colours may vary depending on screen settings and materials available at the time of making.

 

 

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • Many of our products are made to order or customised.

  • Production times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods or around launches and festivals.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch times vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Hat & Spicy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our control.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; in these cases, we cannot offer a refund.

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order / Custom Items

Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our products:

  • All made-to-order and custom items are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

 

 

7. Wear, Care & Responsibility

  • Faux fur and handmade accessories require gentle care.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, exposure to extreme weather, or general wear and tear.

  • Care instructions provided must be followed to maintain product condition.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Hat & Spicy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

 

9. Liability
